These terms apply when you use theslidepodcast.net or buy anything from The SLiDE, operated by Embreeo Global Solutions LLC. By taking the quiz, making a purchase, or booking a session, you agree to them.
What we offer

| 1:1 Spotlight Session | $197 per session | A private 60-minute Zoom session with Tavares K. Bethel, a build-first roadmap, and consideration as a featured show on The SLiDE. |
Featured-show consideration is not a guarantee of a feature. We choose featured shows at our discretion.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card statement will show BETHEL THE SLIDE. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Certification is a one-time payment with no subscription.
Refunds and rescheduling
All sales are final. The Official S.T.O.R.Y. Certification ($97) and the 1:1 Spotlight Session ($197) are non-refundable. You may reschedule a 1:1 Spotlight Session up to two times. After a second reschedule, a missed session forfeits the payment.

No guarantees
Our quiz, certification, and sessions are educational guidance based on what you share with us. They are not a promise of audience size, downloads, income, or any other result. Your success depends on your own work and circumstances.
Community call conduct
The community call is for certified podcasters to review each other’s work and find partners. Be respectful. Don’t record, share, or sell other members’ ideas without their permission. We may remove anyone who disrupts the call or abuses other members, without refund.
Your content and ours
Your story and quiz answers remain yours. You allow us to use them only to deliver our services to you. We will not publish them without your permission. Our site, quiz, emails, certificate design, and materials belong to The SLiDE, and you may not copy or resell them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
