The SLiDE is operated by Embreeo Global Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use theslidepodcast.net, take the S.T.O.R.Y. quiz, buy a certification, or book a session, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, and phone number (optional).
• Your quiz answers: what you share about your story, audience, and plans.
• Booking details: the date and time you choose, and any notes you add.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We see your name, email, amount paid, and the last four digits of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data: browser type, pages visited, and similar information collected automatically through cookies.

How we use it

• To score your quiz and email your S.T.O.R.Y. result.
• To deliver what you buy: your certification review, certificate, community call access, or 1:1 session.
• To send updates about The SLiDE, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• To answer your questions and keep our records.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that run The SLiDE:

• Mix Theory Studios: hosts our website, forms, email, and calendar.
• Stripe: processes payments.
• Zoom: hosts community calls and 1:1 sessions.
• Google: calendar scheduling and web fonts.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Text messages

If you check the text-message consent box, we may text you about your quiz result, certification, and community calls. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you’re part of The SLiDE community and as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Ask us to delete it at any time.

• Reply STOP to any text.
• Email us to see, correct, or delete your information.

Children

The SLiDE is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes
